前几天在骑脚车的时候，突然间心血来潮的叫朋友帮我拍一个VIDEO然后给我放上我的布落格。怎知道会演变成这个样子。

题外话：用两天时间看完了＂挪威的森林＂，一直都会把那本书和Sofia Coppola的＂VIRGIN SUICIDE＂联想起来，可能是因为故事都那么的惨吧。

可是，在我身边，我都不知道有没有人会看这本书／这部电影。

歌与书,book & music

这几个星期都好像没有很多的时间，一直在忙，多得食物中毒让我有机会睡个天昏地暗。

一直没有机会看村上春树的书，可见得我多么的OUTDATE。没想到弟弟竟然会有，真的是，远在天边近在眼前。

This few weeks past very fast, luckily that the food poisoning let me lost some weights.

I always wanted to read Haruki Murakami's book, but I never spend effort to get his book, but I never tot my brother got it, in my house!

最近一直在听ED BANGER的音乐，很很很后悔没有去他们新加坡的GIG. >_<

Recently keep listening to ed banger music, damm regret not going to their Singapore gig!

Thanks for everyone concern. I am fine now.

Until now I still don't have any appetite to eat, maybe god this time really wants me to slim down.

Anyway, this week been a busy week, so can't blog as usual.

and forgive me not typing chinese this time.



I found out that me house has bright sunlight, and the temperature is very suitable for daisy, so I decided to get another 1.

If you not believed I am a flower kind of guy, I'm understand because I don't believe myself either.

食物中毒，food poisoning

I never thought just a few of fried lala, can cause me stayed on the bed for almost 2 days

I never had such a serious food poisoning, I dun even have the energy to pick up the phone.

I went to see doctor, had an injection, but what scared me is the advice from the doctor.

he said:

1. can not drink milk, or anything with milk
   
2. can not drink 100 plus,yes! even 100 plus
3. can not eat any seafood
4. can not eat spicy food
5. can not eat oily food
6. can not eat fried food,means fast food

I need to maintain it, for a week!

then I asked back doctor,"So,what else i can eat?" 

he replied:"ohhh, milo o and porridge lo."

-_-", porridge and milo o for a week?!

 

多得那一碟炒啦啦，讓我這兩天不停地上吐下瀉。

從來都沒有試過這麼厲害地食物中毒，這一次竟然搞到我連電話都沒有力氣接。

好不容易去看了醫生，打了一枝針，打針事小，聽了醫生的勸告我才怕。

他說：

1. 不能喝牛奶或任何有牛奶的飲料，包括咖啡！
   
2. 不可以喝100plus
3. 不能吃煎炸的東西
4. 不能吃任何海鮮
5. 不能吃辣的東西
6. 油的東西不能碰

我聽了，問回醫生，那我可以吃甚麼？

醫生說：milo o 和粥.....

It's so true. Recently I saw a lot of friends have this kind of thinking, I have something to say.

I'm pity them as they don't even able to perform well at work, but they keep complaining about their pay. Not willing to spend effort on their work, yet demanding a good salary.

where got such good deal in this world?!

Work properly,do your part right, keep improving yourself, you will get what you want, isn't it that hard?

Sometime, you just can't blame others, is you yourself chose the life.

Too bad, this is real world.

最近我看到身边很多朋友都有这一个想法，心中有一些感慨。

我同情他们，因为他们连自己的工都做不好，而且还一直埋怨自己赚的钱不够用。他们连自己本身的工作都没有认真去做，还想要得到更多的钱。

真是癞蛤蟆想吃天鹅肉！

把工作做好来，安分守己，不论对人或事。你自然会得到你想得到的。

很难吗？

这一辆脚车还没有弄好，而且那对轮子的颜色实在难看，

只是我真的不能在等了。我真的非常的想骑这辆脚踏车，暂时就先用着这一对轮子吧。

现在又有新问题了，我有两辆脚车，应该要骑哪一辆呢？

The bike is not completely done yet. The wheelset is so fuvking wrong, I hate the wheels color, the hub is not right. I can't wait for it, I just want to install it to my new bike and feel it 1st. But, the thing I worry is, now i have 2 bike, which 1 I'm going to ride?
